Following the launch of several internships as part of the project, a seminar was organised to bring together the interns, PhD students and researchers associated with Circular.

The event, held at the G-SCOP laboratory in Grenoble, was an opportunity for participants to familiarise themselves with the research projects in progress and to encourage the exchange of ideas and perspectives between seminar participants.

Each trainee was given the opportunity to present his or her internship topic, enabling everyone to share the issues and progress of their work. These presentations were followed by lively discussions, where participants were able to ask questions and share ideas based on the presentations.

In particular, participants were able to listen to the following people talk about their internship topics:

  • Joachim Kajetan Makowski (supervised by Margaux Nattaf, Marie-Laure Espinouse, Pierre-Xavier Thivel) : Optimising the charging and use of electric vehicles. Presentation not available.
  • Yasmin Gurses (surpevised by Fabien Mangione, Van Dat Cung): Circular supply chains for automotive batteries. Presentation.
  • Elimy Ojeda (supervised by Pierre David, Maxence Denu): Emerging digital technologies for product disassembly within circular manufacturing systems. Presentation.
  • Nancy Nadiman (supervised by Aurélie Landry, Maxence Denu): Assessing the usefulness of emerging digital technologies for product disassembly in circular production systems - application to an industrial case study. Presentation.
  • Adrien Teinturier (supervised by Aurélie Landry, Maxence Denu): Assessing the usefulness of emerging digital technologies for product disassembly in circular production systems - application to an experimental case. Presentation.
  • Manel Grari (supervised by Zineb Simeu-Abazi, Maria Di Mascolo): Managing obsolescence in a circular economy context. Presentation.
  • Ramzi Bedjaoui (supervised by Ernesto QUISBERT-TRUJILLO, Helmi BEN REJEB): Computational Systems for sustainability transition of industry. Presentation.

This event was another opportunity to bring together students and researchers to discuss the circularity of production systems.
